As a prospective Tenant of our firm would you ever need to personally attend an interview, to sign documents or provide post-dated cheques?
No. not at all, simply put, all business is performed on-line, via email or occasionally fax. In the event you are halfway around the globe and have decided to sign a lease for one of our locations it is just as convenient as being actually in Kingston. We accept email money transfers for initial deposits as well as wire payments, and for automatic reoccurring rent debits; EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers) with either a scan or fax of a personal void cheque, or a bank provided “PAD Pre-Authorised-Debit form”.
